Not too long ago, after plenty of years in the mortgage business, I came to the conclusion that I don’t like it. What I mean by that is that I didn’t like the way the mortgage industry handles its customers. So…. I decided to change it. Everything we do is based on completely educating our customers and giving them the opportunity to make their own decisions when buying a home. It’s not so much that people venturing into the home loan world don’t know the answers; its that they really don’t know what questions to ask. We teach people, not sell them. We give our time, knowledge, and resources and expect nothing. Whether it’s a face to face appointment in our family friendly workplace or a live screen-share at 9pm at night, we only do loans live and with comprehensive teaching so that people can make the right decisions for them and their families. I love this career and don’t consider it work and this philosophy and culture is why. I have a beautiful family and love Star Wars and when I have spare time, I like to build and drive radio controlled vehicles.
